Off The Grid Solutions ("OTGS", "we", "us") operates offthegridsolutions.app. We are an independent strategic partner and affiliate of Marblism; we provide implementation and consulting services for the Marblism AI Workforce. This policy explains what information we handle and how.
2. Information we collect

We do not collect sensitive financial or identity information through this site, and we do not ask you to enter passwords or payment details here.

4. Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links to Marblism. If you sign up through them, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. When you follow an affiliate link, Marblism's own privacy policy and terms govern your use of their platform.
5. Dex chat assistant
"Dex" is an AI chat assistant on this site that answers questions about Marblism's AI employees. When you chat with Dex:
- What we store — the messages you send and Dex's replies, the page you opened the chat on, a random session identifier (not linked to your name), and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used only to prevent abuse. We do not ask for, and you should not enter, passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
- Sub-processor — your messages are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate Dex's responses, subject to Google's terms. They are processed to produce a reply, not to identify you.
- Retention — chat records are automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Lawful basis — our legitimate interest in answering your questions and improving the assistant. Dex is informational only and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site (e.g., hosting, analytics, email forwarding), and where required by law.
7. Data retention & security
We retain enquiry information only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. To exercise them, email getmarblism@offthegridsolutions.app.
9. Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
